About 2Line.AI.
2Line.AI is a phone app made by 2Line AI LLC, a United States company. It gives small business owners, trades and freelancers a second US phone number on the phone they already carry, plus Mia by 2Line.AI, an AI receptionist who answers when they can’t, books the job and leaves a written note.
Why we built it
People who work with their hands, on the road or with clients can’t always answer the phone. A caller who doesn’t get through often tries the next business. Hiring a receptionist or a live answering service costs more than most solo owners can justify. 2Line.AI puts a business line and a receptionist on the phone you already own, priced by what you actually use.

- Mia, the AI receptionist: answers in your business name, books appointments and texts the caller what happens next.

How we work
Pay for what you use
One plan ($19.99 a month or $99.99 a year) and credits for calls, texts and Mia. Missed calls and ring time are free. We never sell “unlimited”.
Your personal number stays personal
Customers see your 2Line number on every call and text you send from it, never your own cell.
Consent first
Call recording plays a spoken announcement to both people. Location sharing only happens when the other person agrees, and nothing about where they were is kept.
Your data isn’t for sale
We don’t sell personal information and don’t use it for interest-based advertising.
Texts that get delivered
Business texting is registered with US carriers (A2P 10DLC) for you, so your messages aren’t treated as unknown traffic.
