Read your voicemail instead of listening to it
Every voicemail on your 2Line number shows up as text you can read in seconds, with the audio next to it and a one-line AI summary of what the caller wants. Reply by call or text in one tap.

What you get
Listening to voicemail takes time you don't have between jobs, and the detail you need is always at the end. Reading takes seconds, and you can do it in a waiting room with the sound off.
On 2Line.AI every voicemail comes with a transcript and a short AI summary, sits next to your calls and texts, and can be answered from your business number in one tap.
Transcript and audio together
Skim the words, play the part you need, or share the recording.
A summary on top
An AI summary says who called and what they need. Summaries can be switched off in Settings.
Searchable
Find any voicemail by a name or a word the caller said.
Fair pricing
Voicemail is 7 credits a minute including the transcript. Missed calls and ring time cost nothing.

- 5Reply in one tapCall or text back from your business number. Missed-call text back can already have answered for you.
A voicemail, as you'd see it
A made-up voicemail. The summary sits on top, the transcript underneath.
“Hi, this is Gloria Nunez. My neighbor on Pine Street gave me your number. I'd like a quote to repaint two bedrooms, and maybe the hallway too. I'm usually home weekday mornings. You can reach me at 702-555-0153. Thanks!”

What it costs
Say you get 15 voicemails in a month, about a minute each, and text each caller back once. That’s 240 credits. The cheapest way to cover it is two 150-credit packs ($4.99 each), $9.98 in all, on top of your plan. Your real use will differ.
| 15 voicemails × 1 minute | 7 × 15 = 105 credits |
|---|---|
| AI summaries | 1 × 15 = 15 credits |
| 15 texts back | 8 × 15 = 120 credits |
| Missed calls without a message | Free |
| Total | 240 credits, covered by $9.98 in packs |
Plans are $19.99 a month or $99.99 a year with a 3-day free trial, and start with 100 credits, once. Credits don’t refill each month; packs start at $4.99. See all rates.
Get more out of voicemail to text
- In your greeting, say your business name and when you'll call back. Callers leave better messages when they know.
- Ask callers to say their address or the job in the message. It ends up in the summary.
- Text back when you can't call. A reply from your business number shows you got the message.
- Search before you call back. Their earlier voicemails and texts are a tap away.
- Record a vacation greeting before you go away, and add the dates as closed.
- If you'd rather have a conversation than a message, let Mia answer instead.
