How can we help?

Email info@2line.ai and a person replies, usually within one business day. Most answers are below: setting up your number, teaching Mia, calls that don’t ring, texting status, credits and your account.

Set up your number

  1. Get the app (or go to 2line.ai) and tap Get my number.
  2. Pick what it’s for, then choose one of the four local numbers shown. Ask for a new set or type an area code if you want different ones.
  3. Start a plan: $19.99 a month, or $99.99 a year with 3 days free. You get 100 credits to start.
  4. Turn on notifications so calls ring like a normal call.
  5. Optional: link Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android) so you can restore your number on a new phone.

Teach Mia about your business

  1. Open the Mia tab and tap Teach Mia.
  2. Add your business name, what you do, your prices and your service area. Mia drafts her answers; check them and edit anything that’s off.
  3. Set your business hours (until you do, she books Monday to Friday, 9 to 5) and what counts as urgent.
  4. Choose when she answers: every call, only after hours, or only when you don’t pick up.
  5. Tap “Hear Mia answer a call” to try her yourself. The test call uses no credits.

Calls aren’t ringing

  1. Check notifications are allowed for 2Line.AI in your phone’s settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing it.
  2. Make sure the line isn’t paused (Lines → your number) and that you have credits. At zero credits, calls pause until you add some.
  3. Check quiet hours and Mia’s answering rule: if Mia answers every call, your phone won’t ring first.
  4. Make sure you have Wi-Fi or mobile data. 2Line.AI calls go over the internet.
  5. Still stuck? Email us the time of the missed call and your 2Line number.

Texting says “registering”

US carriers require business texting from local numbers to be registered (A2P 10DLC). 2Line.AI registers every new number for you. Calls work right away; texting turns on once carriers approve the number, usually within a few hours and sometimes a few days. The app shows the status until it’s live.

Credits and billing

Credits pay for calls, texts and Mia. Packs: 150 for $4.99, 950 for $19.99, 4,000 for $59.99. Missed calls and ring time are free. See every rate on the pricing page.

Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow their rules. Cancel any time in your phone’s subscription settings. For web purchases, email us.

Leaving for a while? Park your number for $6.99 a month instead of cancelling, and it stays yours.

Your account and data

New phone: install the app and sign in with the same Apple or Google account to bring your number back.

Delete your account in the app (Me → Account → Delete account) or by email. Your numbers are released, and you need to cancel the subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play.

Recording is off unless you turn it on. For access, correction or deletion requests, email us from the address on your account.

Texts from 2Line.AI itself

If you opted in to SMS alerts, reply STOP to stop program texts and HELP for help. STOP does not end two-way texts on your own 2Line number.

Not at the moment. 2Line.AI gives you a new local US number; porting isn’t supported.
Does 2Line.AI work for 911?
No. 2Line.AI does not support emergency calls. Use your regular phone for emergencies.
Do you record every call?
No. Recording is off unless you turn it on, and both people hear an announcement before it starts.
