Delete your 2Line.AI account

2Line.AI is made by 2Line AI LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open 2Line.AI and tap Me.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion happens right away.

Without the app

Email info@2line.ai from the email address on your account (or include your 2Line phone number) with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, and sign-in (Google or phone).
• Your 2Line numbers, which are released back to the carrier.
• Messages, call history, voicemails, call recordings, transcripts and summaries.
• Contacts, leads, bookings, and what you taught Mia.
• Unused credits (they can’t be refunded once the account is gone).

What we keep

Purchase records required for tax and accounting are kept for up to 7 years. Carrier logs of past calls and texts are kept by our carrier for as long as the law requires. Nothing else is kept.

Your subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it, so cancel it there too.
